Prof. Kocan Leads USDA Grant

Prof. David Kocan is leading a grant project awarded by the USDA, with six student fellows, to compile a comprehensive report on Bankruptcy and Agricultural issues. The report will be used by the USDA in support of the Agency's efforts as a member of the U.S.-Canadian Regulatory Cooperation Council, established by the Canadian Prime Minister and the U.S. President.

Prof. Scharf Trains Libyan Lawyers

On July 17, 2012, Professor Scharf gave a workshop on transitional justice in Misratta, Libya. This location had been ground zero for the worst of the fighting in the civil war a year ago. Over 50 lawyers attended.
