July 8, 1982 handwritten letter from defendant Abdullah Rowaid to former Minister of the Interior, Sadoon Shakir, listing “bad families” from Ad Dujayl who “are against the party and revolution.” Rowaid recommends that all families with Al Dawa affiliations be relocated in order to “end the dirty organization in Al-Dujayl.”
