April 5, 1987 report from the Department of Legal Affairs Office to Saddam Hussein about the conviction of 148 persons in the Ad Dujayl case, their executions by hanging, and the mistaken release of prisoners that should have been executed; the documents discuss a possible pardon for the two who were released by mistake; the document contains handwritten notes in the margin by Saddam's own hand.
