MANAGING EDITOR - Casey Fitzpatrick
Casey graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and from Marshall University with a Master of Arts in International Relations. He also was a senior editor for War Crimes Prosecution Watch. Upon graduation, Casey plans to move to Washington D.C. to work in a legislative capacity.

EXECUTIVE ARTICLES EDITOR AND SYMPOSIUM COORDINATOR - Sara Kohls
Sara graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a double major in Sociology and Legal Studies and a minor in Psychology. After college, she worked as a litigation secretary for two years before moving to Cleveland to attend law school. Her Note, Searching the Clouds, was selected for publication in the Fall 2012 issue of JOLTI. Sara currently is a legal intern in the Milton A. Kramer Criminal Justice Law Clinic, where she represents indigent clients and recently prosecuted a criminal trial. Upon graduation, Sara intends to pursue a career in criminal prosecution.

PRODUCTION EDITOR AND ASSOCIATE COORDINATOR - Sara Kuehnle
Sara graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Environmental Science. At Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Sara's academic honors include the CALI Award for Excellence in Trademarks and listing on the Dean's Honor List for the duration of her studies. She currently serves as a law clerk for the Federal Communications Commission's Bureau of Consumer and Governmental Affairs.   Upon graduation, Sara intends to pursue a career in telecommunications, media, and cyber security law.

EXECUTIVE NOTES EDITOR -  Ken Smith
Ken graduated from Pennsylvania State University with high distinction and Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Political Science and Public Relations. Before law school, Ken worked for Senator Jay Rockefeller’s office in Charleston, West Virginia. While at Case, Ken has focused on public interest in both civil and criminal law, including death penalty defense work this past summer with the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Northern District of Ohio. Upon graduation, Ken hopes to pursue a career in Cleveland in employment law or criminal defense.
