Mr. Rassi also serves as Adjunct Professor and Deputy Director of the Cox Center War Crimes Research Office at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. In that capacity, he provides research memoranda to the judges of the Iraqi Special Tribunal on issues pending before the Court. In 2004, Mr. Rassi served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Yvonne Mokgoro, Constitutional Court of South Africa, and in 2003 he was a Frederick K. Cox International Law Center Post-Graduate Fellow, clerking for Judge Weinberg de Roca, Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda. |
