Benjamin D. Cramer
Benjamin Cramer is a Fellow of the Center for Business Law and Regulation. Currently law clerk to the Honorable Richard A. Griffin, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, Cramer has taught Appellate Practice as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Case Western Reserve. He previously clerked for the Honorable Victor J. Wolski of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Mr. Cramer graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He was a Contributing Editor of the Law Review and as a student had two pieces published in the journal: "Eminent Domain for Private Development – An Irrational Basis for the Erosion of Property Rights" and "Can Congress Buy RLUIPA’s Way to Constitutional Salvation?" During law school, Mr. Cramer won the Harry A. and Sarah Blachman award, given to the best student essay advocating a change in local, state, or national government, as well as the Case Western Reserve University School of Law Leadership Award. He received a B.A. in political science from The Ohio State University.

James Weikamp
James Weikamp (JD 2009, expected) is the inaugural Research Fellow for the Center for Business Law and Regulation. Prior to attending law school, James earned a B.A. and M.A. in economics from Cleveland State University and went on to work as an Economic Research Analyst for the Federal Trade Commission. While there, James was an integral part of cutting edge research involving online auction markets such as eBay.
