Recruiting Information
The Career Services Office is happy to work with employers to schedule on-campus or videoconference interviews, arrange a resume collect or resume direct, advertise student and alumni opportunities on our private jobs board, and register your participation in one of our six off-campus interview programs. Our students receive an exceptional education, including rigorous training in research, writing, client interviewing, mediation, and more through our CaseArc basic lawyering skills program. They bring with them outstanding academic credentials, diverse professional and co-curricular experience, broad geographic interests, and significant extra-curricular accomplishments. We are confident you will find the right fit for your organization among our students and alumni. We look forward to working with you and thank you for recruiting from Case Western Reserve University.
The recruiting services available to employers are:
NEW! Post your opportunities directly!
Now the CSO is available to you 24/7, whenever you need us! Post job opportunities, review applications, promote your organization, all on your schedule and at your convenience. Register for an account with CSOonline

to get started.
If you would still prefer us to handle your job postings, you may still submit opportunities by calling the CSO directly or by completing the online
Job Posting Form
.
NEW! Short-Term Employment Program.
We recognize that not all employers have the workload or finances to hire a long-term law clerk or new associate, but may often have projects and short-term needs that could benefit from the assistance of a skilled law student or recent graduate. To address this need, the Career Services Office has launched the
CWRULawSTEP
program, which is designed to promote these opportunities to our students and recent graduates.
Interview Programs.
The CSO offers a variety of options within our formal interview programs to assist you in making your recruiting as simple and efficient as possible. The options available in our interview programs include:
On-Campus Interviews and Early Interview Week.
Interviews are conducted during both the fall and spring semesters. Many employers choose to participate in our Early Interview Week, held each August in a downtown Cleveland hotel. There is no charge to participate in either interview program. Employers pre-screen and select all the candidates they wish to interview.
Off-Campus Interviews in New York City, Chicago, Washington, D.C., New England, and Southern California.
The CSO provides employers in and near these cities with a convenient and cost-effective opportunity to interview our students. Interviews are held at a suite-style hotel in the city. Employers pre-screen and select all the candidates they wish to interview.
Resume Collect.
The CSO will collect and send resumes, as well as any other requested application materials, in a single package to employers unable to visit our campus or participate in one of our off-campus interview programs.
Resume Direct.
For employers who wish to receive resumes directly from our students during the fall and spring interview programs, the CSO publicizes information about your organization and the available opportunity, so that students may communicate directly with you to apply.
Employers can register for our interview programs by calling the CSO directly or by completing the online

Registration Form. Registering for an interview program acknowledges your acceptance of the Law School’s
