James L. Bildner ’79 established the James L. Bildner Endowment Fund that provides support for the Center for Business Law and Regulation.
Patricia Burgess '02 establishes the Patricia Burgess Public Law Prize
Patricia Burgess ’02 established the Patricia Burgess Public Law Prize that is awarded to one or more students for outstanding academic performance in the field of public law.
The family of The Honorable John J. Carney establishes The Judge John J. Carney, Sr. Endowment Fund
The School of Law is grateful to the family of The Honorable John J. Carney for their generous gift to establish The Judge John J. Carney, Sr. Endowment Fund. The endowment fund, in memory of Judge Carney, '43, was established December 2002.
Duvin, Cahn & Hutton establishes The Robert P. Duvin Endowment Fund for the Study of Labor and Employment Law
The law firm of Duvin, Cahn & Hutton established The Robert P. Duvin Endowment Fund for the Study of Labor and Employment Law in 2002 in honor of Robert P. Duvin. The endowment fund will support an annual prize to a law student who demonstrates excellence in the study of labor law and also will support research and teaching in labor and employment law.
The Honorable Alfred L. Margolis, '56, and Margery L. Margolis establish The Alfred L. and Margery L. Margolis Endowment Fund
The Honorable Alfred L. Margolis, '56, and Margery L. Margolis established an endowment fund for the School of Law through a charitable remainder annuity trust agreement. The Alfred L. and Margery L. Margolis Endowment Fund was established in August 2002 to provide financial aid for students enrolled in the law school.
Richard North Patterson, '71, establishes The Richard North Patterson Endowment Fund
Richard North Patterson, '71, has established The Richard North Patterson Endowment Fund to support legal writing and moot court programs of the School of Law. The fund was established in April 2002.
