Thank you for your interest in Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Each year a few positions in our second year J.D. class become available, and we welcome applications for Early Decision and Regular Decision transfer into our innovative program.

What is special about the transfer program here at Case Western Reserve School of Law, and what do you need to know to apply?

Case provides one of the most innovative and exciting opportunities in the country for academic work and professional training in law. Our eight Centers of Excellence, seven Concentrations, a three-year integrated skills training program (CaseArc), five journals, summer externships, and a real-world opportunity (clinics, labs, and externships), and one of the most successful Career Services Offices in the country provide enormous opportunities for our students. Unlike similar programs elsewhere, our transfer program is uniquely designed to vie full access to all of these study and work opportunities, including law review and early interview sessions.
