American Constitution Society

The American Constitution Society for Law and Policy is a national association of lawyers, law students, judges and policymakers who believe that law should be a force to improve the lives of all people. The Case Western Reserve University School of Law chapter exists to foster discussion about pressing legal issues surrounding core constitutional values – individual rights and liberties, genuine equality, access to justice, democracy and the rule of law. Through numerous programs each year featuring renowned advocates, scholars and judges addressing a wide range of legal and policy issues, the chapter works to inform and engage its members about the critical matters facing our country.
