Daniel A. Jaffe teaches in the CaseArc Integrated Lawyering Skills program. Prof. Jaffe joined the Case Western Reserve law faculty in 2006 after sixteen years of practice in the fields of education law and labor law with the Cleveland office of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, LLP. Prof. Jaffe previously taught as an adjunct professor at the Cleveland Marshall College of Law where he taught Education Law. Professor Jaffe also has served a two-year stint as the Executive Director of the Clean Air Conservancy. Professor Jaffe is an author of Baldwin’s Ohio School Law.
