Before joining us in 1989 Mr. Gordon spent a year in private practice in Cleveland and three years as a trial attorney with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He teaches The Lawyering Process, Pretrial Practice, and Legal Analysis and Writing in the CaseArc Integrated Lawyering Skills program. He spent the 2002-2003 academic year as a visiting clinical Associate Professor of Law at Northwestern Law School.
