A panel of constitutional, health and tax law experts, including academics and a practitioner, will discuss the Supreme Court's decision in National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) v. Sebelius. The panel will examine the statutory, constitutional and tax law implications of the ruling. The information will be useful to attorneys who practice health law, tax law, and Medicaid law, as they counsel and represent small and large business clients.
