Professor Paul Giannelli
The Supreme Court of the United States recently cited two of Professor Paul Giannelli's articles in Williams v. Illinois, --- S.Ct. ----, 2012 WL 2202981 (Ill. 2012). This is the eighth time the U.S. Supreme Court has cited his work. The articles are:
Giannelli, Regulating Crime Laboratories: The Impact of DNA Evidence, 15 J.L. & Pol'y 59, 72–76 (2007).
Giannelli, The Abuse of Scientific Evidence in Criminal Cases: The Need for Independent Crime Laboratories, 4 Va. J. Soc. Pol'y & L. 439 (1997).
