Other featured experts included Senator Byron Dorgan, Justice Jack Jacobs of the Delaware Supreme Court, Judy Samuelson, Executive Director, Business and Society Program, The Aspen Institute. The event will be moderated by Darrell West, Vice President and Director of Governance Studies at Brookings.
