Leading experiential education program has new Associate Dean
Our school was at the forefront of this revolutionary style of legal instruction, and our unrivaled academic and practical skills education creates practice ready attorneys. In an effort to even further enhance our experiential education program, which was one of the first and most intensive lawyering skills programs in the country, Dean Lawrence Mitchell appointed Professor Ken Margolis as our law school’s first Associate Dean for Experiential Education. Professor Ken Margolis will assume this new role and his many responsibilities will be to organize and oversee the law school’s various experiential initiatives, work with the Experiential Education Committee to build on the great work already being done, develop creative new ways of integrating other experiential opportunities into the curriculum, and make the law school a flagship for this kind of learning. Our law school was at the forefront of this revolutionary style of legal instruction, and our experiential education program is one of the first and most intensive lawyering skills programs in the country.

Footnote:
Case is on the rise.
We are one of the only law schools in the country to have experienced any rise in median LSATs last year, and ours rose a whopping 2 points. Our university, ranked #37th by U.S. News & World Report, is attracting record numbers of applicants.
