Moot court teams make semifinals at regionals
Congratulations to our Case Western Reserve Law School moot court teams! Jimmy Hoffman, Will York, and Angie Daling comprised one team, and David O’Brien, David Harman and Martha Allee made up the second team. Both teams advanced to the semi-final round of the National Moot Court regional competition held Nov. 19-21, 2010. The team of Hoffman, York and Daling made it to the final round of regionals, and will advance to national finals in New York City. Will York won Best Oralist in the regional competition, and the CWRU team briefs placed 3

and 4

The National Moot Court competition is run by the New York City Bar Association and the American College of Trial Lawyers. Over 150 law schools compete in the regional competitions. The CWRU teams are both coached by Professor Kathryn Mercer.
