Prof. Kocan Leads USDA Grant
Prof. David Kocan is leading a grant project awarded by the USDA, with six student fellows, to compile a comprehensive report on Bankruptcy and Agricultural issues. The report will be used by the USDA in support of the Agency's efforts as a member of the U.S.-Canadian Regulatory Cooperation Council, established by the Canadian Prime Minister and the U.S. President.
