Donna M. Davis, J.D.

Bio
Donna M. Davis joined the Case Western Reserve University School of Law Career Development Office in 2012. Prior to her arrival at Case Western, she worked as the Assistant Dean of Career Development at Thurgood Marshall School of Law and the University of Houston Law Center. She also worked as the Director of Public Services Programs and Assistant Director of Career Development and Professional Development, at The University of Texas School of Law and Chapman University School of Law respectively. Dean Davis earned her J.D. from Southern University School of Law and her B.A. from Dillard University. She has sixteen years of experience in the legal field in a variety of positions within both the private and public sector, and holds memberships in numerous organizations. Dean Davis is also a former board member of NALP – The Association for Legal Career Professionals, and currently serves on the organization’s Annual Education Conference Planning Committee.

Bio
Heather Day DiFranco joined the Case Western Reserve University School of Law Career Development Office in 2007. Previous to joining the CDO, she worked as a Senior Attorney Editor at Thomson/Reuters and practiced family law and school law in Columbus, Ohio. She earned her J.D. at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and her B.A. at Baldwin-Wallace College. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the National Resume Writers Association, and the NALP - The Association for Legal Career Professionals - for which she is a Vice Chair of the Public Service Section.

Mary Beth S. Moore joined Case Western Reserve University School of Law Career Development Office in February, 2011. Prior to her arrival at Case Western, Ms. Moore worked in the appellate research & writing department of a mid–size civil litigation firm in Cleveland. Ms. Moore earned her J.D., cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and her A.B. from Ohio University. Ms. Moore is admitted to the Ohio bar and is also a member of the NALP - The Association for Legal Career Professionals and the Ohio Bar Association.

Bio
Mitchell M.T. Kam joined the Case Western Reserve University School of Law Career Development Office in 2012. Prior to his arrival at Case Western, he worked as the Associate Director for Career Services at The University of Texas School of Law and the Assistant Director of Career Services at Willamette University College of Law. Mitch also worked as the Director of Marketing at the Rockwell Career Center at the University of Houston Bauer College of Business, and as the International Career Counselor at The University of Texas McCombs School of Business. At Charles Schwab, he managed graduate recruiting programs and also worked in international staffing. Mitch earned a J.D. from the University of San Diego, an M.B.A. from The University of Texas McCombs School of Business, and a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also holds Senior Professional in Human Resources and HR Generalist certifications. Mitch has over 20 years of U.S. and international experience in the law and business fields. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the District of Columbia Bar, and the NALP - The Association for Legal Career Professionals.

Bio
Alegra Martin joined the Case Western Reserve University School of Law Career Development Office in March 2012. Ms. Martin has worked at Case Western Reserve University since 2000, most recently as the Assistant to the Associate Dean for Development at the School of Law. Her primary responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling on- and off-campus interview programs in Cleveland and in other major metropolitan areas; coordinating employer outreach efforts, including invitation mailings and phone calls; preparing statistical reports for national publications; coordinating numerous job fairs; and managing computerized scheduling programs used by the Career Development Office. Ms. Martin is also pursuing ongoing studies at the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management.

Bio
Michael T. McCarthy joined the Case Western Reserve University School of Law Career Development Office in October 2011. Prior to his arrival at Case Western Reserve, Michael practiced as a litigator for a mid-sized regional firm in Charleston, West Virginia. He earned his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law and his B.A. at Washington & Jefferson College. Michael is admitted to the West Virginia Bar and is also a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and NALP-the Association for Legal Career Professionals.

Bio
Lonnie D. Brown joined the Case Western Reserve University School of Law Career Development Office in November 2011. Prior to her arrival at the Career Development Office, Ms. Brown worked in the nonprofit sector assisting agencies in the areas of programming and development. Ms. Brown holds a BA in History and Political Science and is presently pursuing her Master’s in Nonprofit Management at Case Western Reserve University. Ms. Brown provides administrative support to the CDO team.
