Dear Alumni:
One of our central missions is to educate lawyers who will become future leaders. That process begins at admission. Test scores and essays alone can't determine leadership potential. So we are asking you to volunteer to interview prospective students in your city or region. Here are some guidelines and a request for information to get you started:

• Interviews should be scheduled between September and April. We employ a rolling admissions process, so we ask that you schedule interviews as soon as possible after we identify an applicant for you.
• Interviews should last for about thirty minutes.
• Please conduct your interviews in a public place, but one in which you can hold an extended conversation (e.g., Starbucks).
• Interview the applicant for the following qualities:
  • Professional Presentation
  • Leadership skills (personal presentation, apparent willingness to assume responsibility and show accountability, honesty and forthrightness, etc.)
  • Maturity
  • Judgment
• Log in on this page to write a brief report to the Admissions office (one or two paragraphs) and submit your report online as promptly as possible following your interview.
• Please provide the requested information on the registration form.
• On the registration form, please indicate whether you would be willing to serve as alumni coordinator in your city or region for the purpose of assigning interviewers to prospective students.
