Upper-Level Curriculum
As a second- or third-year student, you will have wide discretion in selecting your electives. Other than the foundational first-year courses, there are just a few courses required for graduation:
  • Professional Responsibility,
  • a course that entails a substantial research paper (there are many options for fulfilling this requirement
  • CaseArc CORE Lawyering Skills 3
  • CaseArc CORE Lawyering Skills 4 Strategic Representation of Clients
For your elective course choices, you may want to take a broad range of courses over the many areas of the curriculum or focus on one or two particular areas of interest. Or you may decide to pursue in-depth study through one of our concentrations.
